GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.    
2. PG/UG/Diploma/Certificate course students who have passed out during the Academic Year 2020-21 & 2021-22 after the 5th Convocation and Ph.D. Scholars who have compleated their Open Defense up to 31.12.2022 shall be admitted to the convocation.
3. The degree certificates of those candidates admitted to the convocation IN-ABSENTIA will be sent by registered post to the address given by the candidate.  Kindly fill the correct address and contact number in the specified columns.
4. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances.
5. The last date for registering for 6th Convocation extended till 28th February 2023.

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents :

1)  Scanned copy of Qualifing Degree Certificate in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

2)  Scanned copy of No Dues Certicate in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

3)  Recent passport size colour photograph (without mask) of the applicant without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (10kb to 200kb limit)

4)  Scanned copy of current occupation or position (if any) in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

5) Scanned copy of Signature (4kb to 50kb)
