4th Convocation of the Central University of South Bihar

The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) is pleased to announce that its 4th Convocation will be held on campus on 20 March 2025. All undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. students who graduated in the years 2021 and 2022 are eligible to register for the convocation.

Registration Process

Eligible students can register through the Samarth Portal using the following link: https://cusb.samarth.edu.in/convocation

Steps to Register:

1. Carefully read all instructions provided on the portal.
2. Complete the Registration Form with accurate details.
3. Make the prescribed fee payment and submit the form.

Required Documents for Upload

Students must upload the following documents during registration:

• Academic Documents: Copy of the last Semester Grade Report, Cumulative Grade Report, Provisional Degree Certificate, or Migration Certificate issued by CUSB.
• Identity Proof: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or any valid photo ID issued by the Government of India.
• Recent Passport-size Photograph.
• Scanned Signature.
